When building with First-Place we offer a 10 year Structural Warranty. After settlement if there are any major structural issues to be repaired we offer this service within that 10 year period.

3 Month Maintenance Warranty

We offer a 3 month Maintenance Warranty. After settlement if there are any issues needing to be addressed we offer this service within that 3 month period.

We will provide an electronic building contact within 24hrs of sales paperwork being completed by your new home consultant and signed by you and with a full initial deposit of $2,000.
